The lens data isn't visible because of the adapter. It was taken with a Vario-Sonnar 35-70mm f/3.4 at f/16.

Zeiss man: One day I will have spare cash to afford a luxury like the 135 f1.8. I always find my 70-200 at 135mm. Stephen: Thank you!

Just messing around with some flowers at home. Here we have the lovely 24-70 f2.8... The lens shows a lot of detail still at f16, though I think I would have a much sharper image had I shot at f8. I just needed more depth of field though... For reference, the opened rose on the left is pink in real life, and the more closed rose on the right is yellow. EDIT: also just realised at 70mm this lens needs a focus correction or -5 on the a900 - Chris

I left the poster in to add to the Artist's identity so to speak - but I have cropped it in the past both with and without. I did miss the chair leg this cut I must admit!

I like this shot. I like the stand alone guy, the garbage on the floor, the B&W. It all comes together well. I did crop it with my window to eliminate the lady to the right and it seems usable that way as well.

I also like this image, but feel that the poster and the small bit of chair leg, bottom right hand corner of the frame, could be removed. A square crop? Regards Stephen

I like this a lot, Rick, though I'd like to see how it looks with the poster removed. Merrill
