The definition of "a picture is a worth a thousand words".

sometimes they have a boss in the group and everyone needs to fulfill certain amount per day. Still heartbreaking, but it is another type of scam to work out of the people some money - for some other person and not for themselves. Sometimes they force their children to beg for money, sometimes they brake their legs so they can earn more money. Some people beg for drugs, some for drink - some do it as a part of a lifestyle (yes it exists), some beg to buy food.

Its mostly not as hearthbreaking as it looks like. Thes people begging in groups are well organzised. Its mostly only a show, even it is sounds rude.
