In this instance I like the slight underexposure. The shadow detail is quite good and works well with the specular highlights coming off the bike. It gives it nice depth IMHO.

yeah, seems a little underexposed, but the 16bit file has all the details in it. it's crazy how much fine detail gets lost by jpegging...
