I believe You should choice unified Zx Makro-Planar for this photo (I haven't find ZK lens line anymore in lens properties).

It's Carl Zeiss 50mm/2 ZK for Pentax. Still not in the list of lenses for Pentax.

I like the DoF, many makro-photos has a problem with too low DoF but here it looks very natural and interesting :)
