This is an amazing photographic achievement - I love the color palette and the overall composition that juxtaposes the streetlights of the city with the surrounding hills as night falls on the small town - wonderful - I want to join Minoltazeiss and move there too!!

The composition here resembles postcard-one type for me but the outcome is many folds better than any postcard. It's very crisp and symbolic one...

Thanks for Your kind comments: Anatoly15, Dalth500, Nomad and Lilia :) I carry my tripod only on special occasion and I take my camera with me all times when I leave home. Shutter speed of 1/60 doesn't legitimate to use a tripod with focal length of 55mm but some people teach us that it helps to compose better. I don't follow their guidelines for using tripods. (to summarize, I didn't use tripod to take this photo).

This series (and this image in particular) has the "look" of a WWII war correspondent photo journalist - the images fit right into the recreation of the 1940s and look like they are from the pages of Life Magazine - nicely done. Feels like a time machine has been made available here... I hope this is a recreation and not an actual NATO exercise !!

This is a marvelous cityscape that evokes the memory of Gainsborough in both composition and the use of the clouds - I might have post processed it with a bit more shadow (less detail) in the foreground and denser clouds as predicate to the stunning architecture of the museum and and people walking the grounds. You can get lost in this image and it is an amazing example of the towering optical excellence of Zeiss lenses and the Sony sensor - Well done Sir!!

Such wonderful tones and clarity, and the bokeh really works to separate the background

These "pink" areas are "hot spots" that some lenses are fairly prone to, especially when shooting IR.

Similar to the approach Anatoly uses inside - great use of the 15mm angle of view
