I can see why its your favourite lens.... there is great delicacy of tones and nice detail and you balanced the composition very well!

I carry my tripod only on special occasion and I take my camera with me all times when I leave home. Shutter speed of 1/60 doesn't legitimate to use a tripod with focal length of 55mm but some people teach us that it helps to compose better. I don't follow their guidelines for using tripods.
