I like to visit those places in CEBU where you can 'Eat All You Can' for 220 Pesos ( but there is a PENALTY if you leave and waste food ! )

Do you have to do anything special to get a nice shot like this? Whenever I shoot the night sky, I get movement blurs on the stars. AP
