This is interesting. Where these cannons originally on ships or were they around the building for defense? If around the building I would guess they were mounted on wheels at one time.

Thanks, modusoperandi & lollus. The lighting is mostly from a Sony HVL-F58AM flash triggered wirelessly from the left & a reflector placed to the right (if I remember correctly...). The light falling on her head is from the sun shinning through the clouds. How she looks so fresh? Could be her mother's or her boyfriend's work. *hahaha*

This is a great environmental portrait. Good colour, well composed. Perhaps her expression is not the best for the photograph, but the overall image is very good.
