Another total classic, although colours look a bit oversaturated because of the blue Bibles or hymn books

Thanks for posting this! I reckon I prefer this one, and one still has headroom to tamper with the histogramme if one wants to.

Thanks philber. lollus requested this post as he was not sure that he liked the HDR version. Yes, this is off my Manfrotto Carbon Tripod, but a good solution for you might be either a Beanbag resting on the top of a pew or rail or a Gorilla Pod attached to something. In bureaucratic terms, it is not strictly a Tripod. Both methods will work. See: [url]http://www.warehouseexpress.com/brand/?joby-gorillapod Stephen

Thank you, it was interesting to be there... South end of Lanzarote seems to have more recent volcanic activity than the north part.

Wow! The contrast of the deep colors of the water with the bleak looking desert is almost surreal. It doesn't seem like the two parts belong togethor. Where was this taken?

Really like this composure. The way the train and river zig-zag across the picture in unison is very neat. Well done.

Nope. This was mounted on the PhilberPod only...:-) In fact the DR wasn't so hard to manage because this church is actually very well lit inside. I could hardly take a shot ruined by blown highlights and call it a "homage to bajanexile", could I?

Flawless, Stephen! But the exposure time of 1s, suggests that you could use a tripod, you luck guy...
