This lady would walk out amongst the cars stopped at an intersection and beg for alms. Then when traffic would start to flow she would walk to the side and stash away her gifts.
This sample images was taken at the 2002 Photokina at Cologne, with the first FX digital DSRL camera, the 6 MP (!) CONTAX N digital! This image is a copy of an original 8x10" print, scanned with an average Canon 8600 F flatbed scanner!
He was not under the influence of anything and have fun playing on the streets with a friend but when I went to take his picture he put on a face of someone who is under the influence of drugs. It is something that the street kids do.
