I like more photo with the ship because I feel this one could be cropped too much from the bottom but both has amazing dynamic range and details ;)

This image was taken with a Sony A7r right out of the box - I have to say the Zeiss Vario Tessar is a tack sharp piece of glass and when combined with the Sony sensor the A7r is a formidable camera in a vey compact package.

I like the feelings of the shot. But I think it will be more expressive if cut out 1/5 of very bottom of the photo.
