Rebel T1i - f8 - 100ISO This was really taken with the C/Y 100/2.8 but it wasn't in the drop down list.

Very nice. I like the soft light and shallow depth of field.

Exif data shows 35mm as I forgot to set the correct focal length in lens selection.

This is very good. I would have a terrible time trying to get the proper exposure in snow. No title for the picture? How about Surviving ? Looks like a strong plant. Great shot. Oops. I posted too soon. I see you have a title now :)

I've had the issue with film scans also. Just strip the metadata from the image and then edit as needed. There are several freeware exif editors available on the interwebz.

Oh boy, Leica M9 and Zeiss 35. This is a great combo. not to mention an awesome camera! I had 3 M8's at one time, 2 MP's and one R9 with the DMR. I am now down to Sony and Nikon with Zeiss glass. My only non Zeiss lens right now is the Nikon 50mm f1.2 AIS. Anyway, back on subject. There is so much detail in this photo. The combination of Leica and Zeiss really shows here. Thanks for posting.

Great detail in this image. Have your tried converting a few into black and white? I bet that would look nice too. BTW, he sure does seem happy :)

It was taken on Ilford Delta 100 in Microphen. Canon is used only for copy work.

Thanks, glad you like it! I should have added more details to the description... I used 800 ISO film, with a Yashica FX3 Camera and Zeiss planar 1.4 lens. The image was basically straight out of the camera, with some contrast adjustment.

Philber, Did you know that when you post a comment and include a url you can actually make it an actual link? Look at these samples. [url]http://www.zeissimages.com/showreplies.php?qid=547

I love this. It is the mood of the picture that does it for me. Spooky yet bright. I only wish I could see the top of the trees in the foreground. Thanks for sharing.

To tell you the truth I had a hard time deciding on the spot on how to frame this, but I liked so much the girl and settings that I just shot it like that. I really like the reflection of the other car and the people so I don't know how much the photo woul

I shot it with the makro-planar, this is the only Zeiss I own so far (apart from another Cosina made lens - Voigtlander 58mm f/1.4) and I think this site will push me towards buying a 35mm as well :)
