Hehe ... I know the adapter issue too well. Even harder with my Zeiss zoom lens. Great shot. Love the lower half - the sky could be a little more interesting. But nature never listens.

The Raggaschlucht in Carinthia/Austria is a great place to hang out and shoot. Narrow, cool and full of water. Actual aperture was f/16 for this one.

I forgot to change the non-CPU lens data to 28mm, hence the EXIF still shows the previous lens I used last time, which is 50mm

Glad to have sparked a pleasant memory or two! I got mine 4 years ago for $155 from a RangeFinderForum member in New York and had it rebuilt by Camera Care for $190, including a new meter cell. That service also included a CLA for the lens, which was $152 from a seller in Kerala India. I don't use the kit very much, but it's fun when I do. :)

I had that same camera ! The first Contax I had I bought in Berlin in 1956 for £38 it was the model III with the un-coated f1.5 Sonnar--not very good-- then I got a IIIa with coated f1.5 Sonnar.

this looks more like a 50mm f1.4 than the 35mm f2.4 Flektogon ! In your technical details it says '50mm f1.4' !!! I use that Flektogon on my Pentax screw-thread and Praktica cameras.

That's a very nice pix! There's something mysterious about it (due to the glass/window being there).

Excellent 'Atmosphere'but it looked devoid of 'Human Interest' until I saw the hidden figure.

Excellent B&W processing-- the leathers look 'metallic' also.

I did straighten it out in the darkroom RA4 print I made to put into my Camera Club Print competition -- I left it here to show it was 'Shot From The Hip' ie GUESSED ! Thanks for viewing --- Peter.
