Perfect! I love this. The photo too. Great Capture Tim. Lighting is wonderful, shades are just right and the B&W is classics

like this; composition/design, patterns on water, light. now they have to decide how to prepare their catch...

Thanks. I try to upload photos that show the dimension of these lenses with their sharpness and depth of colour but more importantly the "feel" that they impart to a picture. Howard

Amazing detail, definitely. Such a beautiful room. Including the mirror in the photo gives the photograph a nice sense of extended space too.

I bought the G Sonnar 90/2.8 lens and was waiting to buy a camera to mount it!! I finally settled on the GF1 and had to wait for 2 long months for my visit to Boston. This was one of the first shots captured on a muggy evening in Doha of my daughter. The temperature was a sweltering 40C at 5PM!! That is summer in the Qatar. The 2x crop factor makes this lens a telephoto. The quality is simply out of the world. I then found a Planar 45/2 online and promptly bought it. It is now always on my GF1.

oooooooo look at the poor girl... she's so upset. Are you going to squat there to take pictures only, or are you going to help her??? Just kidding. :) That drink may cause a non-stop burp or freeze :| That's actually a very lovely picture. Captured a great moment there! The expression on her face is just super. Beautiful colors and bokeh too.

Thank you very much. I think the unusual look is a fortuitous combination of a great shooting location, the broken cloud formation, city smog, and Velvia 50 resulting in enhancment of the reflected color of the sun below the horizon. Of course credit should also go to the marvellous Zeiss optics of the SL66. Larry

What an unusual sunrize.Colours of the sky have turned otherwise ugly urban landscape into a fairyland.
