The fortified wall of Tatev Monastery and St. Mary's (Astvatzatzin) church.
After the Christianization of Armenia in 301, a church was built on a previous pagan temple site, and was later developed in the 9th century.
St. Mary's Church was built in 1087 as a second story to the mausoleum at the entrance.
