Subject: Using a Lo-Tech solution to spot image potential

I take my Serengeti polarising sunglasses out with me where ever I go with the camera. It is amazing how helpful they can be for spotting the potential for skies even in overcast conditions and especially the potential for generating Tone Mapped images from what appears to be nothing. Try it, it works and costs nothing, even a cheap pair of polarising Sun Glasses will work. Regards Steve

I agree Steve,

I also wear polarized sunglasses when out shooting - it lets me see the potential of the scene. However, I must remove them when actually looking through the viewfinder for sure!
