We have a winner !

This years contest drew quite the crowd with tremendous talent making the decision process much more difficult. There were many great entries with a vast variety of photographic style. But, the winning photograph was an image which was striking in subject matter and presentation with beautiful balance, lighting, color and detail.

Please post your congratulations to the very talented photographer Wojciech known as member www.zeissimages.com/profile/3277]Stroop for his amazing winning photograph which can be viewed here: http://www.zeissimages.com/photo/46161

Congrats!

A lot of risk waiting for gear of landscape photographer, and for photographer himself, believe me @hunterp :)

What??? "Landscape photography requires zero people skills"? This is absolute nonsense. You sound like a poor sport just because you didn't win. It's laughable. Risking one's gear from getting stolen is not a measure of your photographic or even people "skills". That's absurd!

My Congratulations to this year's winner!

While this is a nice image, landscape photography is in a completely different category than photographs of people. Landscape photography requires zero people skills. You should have at least two categories if you do this again. One for the people with no people skills, and another category for us who risk getting their gear stolen on the street to capture real humanity.
