Now it is off my wishlist because I just bought it. Hopefully it will be here soon. I am wondering how I will focus it on my low res D800 liveView monitor, now that I am spoiled with the A7r's EVF, but will keep it on the Nikon and reserve the A7r for my Summilux. The images I've seen from the Otus are awesome, even the extremely mundane test shots. It will be interesting to see what happens with proper subjects.

Very interesting. Thanks for the link. I went to my local dealer to look at one of these a couple days ago. They didn't have a Nikon mount unfortunately, but did have the Canon version. The lens was much larger than I expected. I'd read it is big, but it was like a 28-70 2.8 from Nikon rather than similar in size to the 15mm Distagon like I was expecting.

It is on my wishlist at the moment.
