Does living in a small industrial town at the beginning of the 21st century represent going backwards, walking in a dream, looking for fragments of the past - as a possible escape from what is to come tomorrow?
Left without the beliefs with which they fed their lives, people were thrown out on the street like dogs,
to find a piece of bread and the right to life.
The collective, solidarity, society tailored to the individual - the foundations on which generations of workers built their existence - proved to be an unsuitable ground for the continuation of future life. Finding themselves in a gap, the values of past decades have been declared a failure and promises of future well-being, both economic and spiritual, replaced by fear of job loss and false values.
At the moment, when the law prohibited the persecution of stray dogs - at the same time it did not take care of their placement in animal shelters, but left them to survive on the street, dragging waste overflowing from trash containers.
