I used a split ND filter to control the over exposure of the highlights and dodged further in CS6 but the exposure differential was just too much to overcome without layering images to build greater dynamic range - which is beyond my CS6 skill!!
Yes, I agree with zeisse. It's the best from those three photos, because only here lights don't look to be burned up. I believe that the other one may be a little overexposured (about half a stop).
What clearly has that 35? Has dryness beautiful series.
