Thanks, Stephen. Hard to say from memory only, but this has an even more "deep and narrow" feeling to it.If that is what you were after, then keep this one. If not, the crop is better. Just my $0.02.

philber. I have just replaced the image with the oroiginal uncropped frame so that you can have a look. Not much was removed in the Crop. Regards Stephen

Interestign shot, Stephen! I don't know why, but it looks like a crop to me. Any chance to see the uncropped picture is my feeling is correct?

The wall above the archway was originally ornately painted but was white washed over during the Puritan Reformation. Anything that looked vaguely ornate was covered up or smashed. They were considered signs of the Catholic Faith. Catholics had to worship in secret. The penanty for being caught could be your life. This end wall was fairly recently cleaned up to show what is left of the original decoration. Stephen
