taken many years ago with my 'First 35mm Camera' the Zeiss CONTAX III with 50mm f1.5 un-coated Sonnar lens, Ilford HP4 processed in Promicrol . I scanned a darkroom print.
I saw this 'Face' in Weald Country Park near Brentwood ( UK) and took it with my 180mm f4 CFi Sonnar T* to put the background out of focus. I scanned a 10x8" darkroom print.
Beautiful altar covering in the run up to Easter. This is an Anglican cathedral in Salisbury, England, and one of the leading examples of Early English architecture. The main body of the cathedral was completed in only 38 years, from 1220 to 1258.
