The girl is a model, while a guy was one of the waiters, who kindly agreed to pose for a shot or two.There was one whireless speedlight/umbrella to the left of the setting. Hope this helps :)
Thanks for the reply. For the longest time I imagined it a waiting room in a brothel or some other place. Although this was staged, it looks like a scene captured spontaneously. Great shot !
