Both lens are great, I believe that Planar C/Y version of 1.4/50mm is better (*sharper) wide open and it has better bokeh. Other hand, I prize more ZF.2 version of Distagon 1.4/35 over C/Y version. It simple better wide open...

Very nice product photography :) Lighting and DoF are very naturals...

Very much like the idea and composition. Very, very difficult to accurately focus this lens in this light at an aperture of /1.4. This type of subject works well with this lens at this aperture, as it normally exhibits some serious vignetting used like this and you have avoided it. Steve
